Henggeler Computer Consultants (HCC) was formed in 1996 by Dick Henggeler, a software engineer and architect. As technology and the needs of our clients evolved, so did our name: we eventually shortened it to Henggeler Consulting (although we're still known as HCC in many circles). Over the course of two decades HCC's grown into a premier software engineering and consulting company. Much of our success rests squarely on the shoulders of the talented professionals we have working for us. Henggeler only hires the best - and the most sought after - engineers in the business. And it shows in our work.

Henggeler Consulting continues its mission to hire the industry's most proven engineers. While other firms prefer to wage an arms race, acquiring staff as quickly as they lose them, our philosophy today is the same as its always been: quality over quantity. Rather than focusing on arbitrary goals for growth, we prefer to devote our energies to preserving our reputation, by providing our clients with unparalleled service and expertise. In fact, the only growth we're truly concerned with is in providing more services. Over time, we've expanded our high-end Software Engineering services to include Systems Engineering, Database Engineering, and Systems Integration and Test.

And we'll continue to listen to our customers, and the industry as a whole, to ensure that we provide for client needs and anticipate trends. In essence, the Henggeler of Tomorrow will have a lot in common with the Henggeler of Today. And we wouldn't have it any other way.
