Dick Henggeler
President
Dick Henggeler started Henggeler Computer Consultants (HCC) in 1996. Since its early days, HCC has exclusively supported the Intelligence Community with computer-related professional services, primarily in programming. Mr. Henggeler built and grew the company on a simple principle: top quality personnel provide the best software solutions and offer the best opportunity for a project to succeed.
Mr. Henggeler's technical background includes vast experience in the entire software development life cycle, including designing, programming, testing and deployment.
In a previous life, Mr. Henggeler worked in aerospace as a flight controls engineer. He helped design the Air Force's F-16 fly-by-wire flight control system. He also worked on flight controls for the B1 Bomber as well as avionics for the Bell Kiowa helicopter.
Mr. Henggeler has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Computer Information Science degree from Boston University.

Daryl Laurange
Vice President, Technology
Daryl Laurange has been with Henggeler Consulting since 1999 and has over 22 years of software engineering, architecture and program management experience.
As Vice President of Technology, Mr. Laurange is responsible for the technical focus of the company as well as its Professional Development Program, program and personnel management, staffing and all technical interviews.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute, Mr. Laurange manages several HCC prime and subcontracts. Mr. Laurange's is still active in software engineering activities and is a certified Java Programmer and Cloudera certified Hadoop Developer.
Mr. Laurange holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Master's of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He also served six years in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst.

Sue Curley
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Sue Curley is responsible for human resources, staffing, security, payroll and office staff. Her role is essential to Henggeler's commitment to hiring and retaining a workforce that's highly motivated and high-performing. But it's just one aspect of her position.
Ms. Curley plays a pivotal part in all aspects of hiring. She also works diligently with our primes and the customer to ensure every new staff member joining the Henggeler team makes a smooth transition into a project. Additionally, Ms. Curley supports the company's healthy company culture, managing HCC's many social events, including Bowie Baysox Night, the HCC family picnic, employee appreciation events and the HCC holiday party.
Prior to joining Henggeler, Ms. Curley worked for 15 years as a Department of Defense civilian in the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO), the Director's Advisory Board and the Office of Weapons and Space.

Rich Madero
Vice President, Business Operations
Rich Madero oversees Henggeler Business Operations, delivering mission-focused capabilities, specialty engineering and cyber initiatives to the Intelligence Community. His responsibilities include managing strategic vision, customer and industry interaction, program development/performance and new business opportunities.
Previously, Mr. Madero served as acting Director, Business Development for Lockheed Martin's Cyber Solutions, leading efforts to identify, analyze, shape and capture new business opportunities. He also developed strategies and branded offerings by aggregating the extensive portfolio of mission capabilities and technologies.
Mr. Madero's work has focused on supporting the Intelligence Community since 1985, handling business development and execution of highly visible programs, providing system engineering, solutions development, system integration & test and global deployments.
He earned his bachelor's degree in computer and information science and has begun pursuing his master's degree in business administration. In addition, he is a graduate of numerous executive education programs, including Carnegie Mellon Management Strategies, Executive Mentoring, Business Development Leadership Program, Program Management Development Program and Executive Development & Growth Enhancement.
